Alert: Cooking class this Saturday!

Tired of my recipes?  Shelley, who is the official Silver Lake Farms chef, is  teaching a cooking class this Saturday, Feb 20th, from 2pm – 4:30pm.

The theme is Easy Pureed Soups.  She’ll have you making celery soup, parsnip soup, carrot soup, asparagus soup.  Plus, she’ll demonstrate how to make vegetable stock.

Price:  $48.  Shareholders, get a 10% discount.
